Warranty Policy
Effective Date: July 18, 2025
Limited Warranty
Elite Horizon General Trading LLC, the exclusive distributor of Igloo® in the United Arab Emirates and GCC, warrants that its products are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for the periods listed below.
This warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages and may not apply if the product has been:
- Damaged due to abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Involved in an accident
- Used in a manner not intended or described in the product manual
- Repaired, altered, or modified, including electronic changes
All implied warranties, including merchantability, are limited to the durations indicated. Your legal rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
Important!
If your Igloo product was purchased from a retail store, please return it directly to the retailer — if within their return period.
If the retailer's return period has expired but your product is still within the Igloo warranty period, please submit a warranty claim. Do not return the product until you have contacted us and received instructions.
